Meet Dawn Famiglietti

Dawn Famiglietti grew up in the small bedroom community of East Haven Connecticut.
This coastal town was known for close knit families where neighbors all knew each
other. Dawn’s childhood home was a 100-year-old Victorian home with an inground
pool so this was the hub for local kids to gather all summer. When the kids weren't
swimming, they felt safe to explore their neighborhood on dirt bikes. Her family also
hosted 4th of July parties, with huge fireworks displays. In the winter kids would ride
their snowmobiles and enjoy sleep overs.

After college she traveled and met her husband in Vegas. They moved to Westlake Village
in California where they created a successful financial planning business and began a
family. Their business began with insurance and then expanded to managing client
portfolios to better serve the community. As fiduciaries to her clients, real estate and
homeownership was a large part of a family's generational wealth.

Later as a single mom raising 3 children, Dawn took the time to become very involved in
their education, local schools and giving back to the community through much
volunteer work. When she chose to return to the work force, family suggested Real
Estate as she was passionate at helping clients and was always highly visible in the
Community.

years. Dawn moved to San Marcos in San Diego County 3 years ago to be close to
grown children as they begin their own families.

Dawn Famiglietti is committed to serving first time homeowners to enter the real estate
market through creative financing and strategic planning. She also works as a Designated
Senior Specialist as our baby boomers transition to selling and right sizing. Dawn
patiently assists seniors to prepare their home for top dollar in selling and keeping
more money in their pocket to enjoy and simplify their life in retirement or desired
Passions. When Dawn is not working, she enjoys walking her neighborhood trails with her dog,
spending time with her new grandson, camping, dirt bike riding, and jet skiing.
