Janice Davidson was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Her grandparents migrated from Italy and large family gatherings have always been central to her family life. Janice prides herself on the Midwest values of hard work and honesty that she grew up with. Janice graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science. Janice came to California in 1989 to attend Loma Linda School of Public Health. Janice graduated with a double major with an MPH in Health Promotion and Education and an MPH in Nutrition.
Janice has been a successful entrepreneur since the early 90's, founding the plan.it.health corporation. She owned a successful nutrition consulting practice and education center.
Janice is trained in the art of Feng Shui and has a real eye for making any home feel inviting and comfortable. Janice combines her love of staging with a passion for repurposing items keeping them out of landfills. She makes the process easier for clients by supporting community organizations in need of household items such as San Diego's military families and Operation Gratitude.
Janice possesses a high level of integrity, honesty and strong communication skills. This focus, combined with her 26 years of sales and marketing experience allows her to sell homes for a great deal more than expected and in the fastest possible times.
